...I'm kind of addicted to this stuff.
I'm going to come right on out with it and admit it's not the healthiest thing in the world to drink...BUT...it's so yummy and refreshing, I don't care! This little bottle is two servings...and it'd probably be wise to cut the sweetness by mixing it with skim milk, tossing it in the blender with ice...it's pretty much chocolate milk on steroids :) I would rather drink one of these than have a hot fudge sundae. PLUS.....it has whey protein, soy protein (it is NOT paleo), vitamins, minerals, and it's gluten free! There you have it...my new favorite beverage/breakfast/dessert substitute. I limit myself to no more than one a week because I know there's helathier, more affordable ways to make a post-workout recovery drink....but it'll satisfy a craving, and it's sold at the grocery store I pass between the gym and the office in the mornings, so it is waaaay to convenient if I am too short on time to make my own shake. Mmmm Mmmmmm!
